Fire hazard is a problem associated with oxygen therapy. A flame arrester helps reduce this hazard by isolating the oxygen flow and extinguishing a fire along the oxygen supply line. The flame arrester can be installed directly in the oxygen supply circuit and at the interface with oxygen supply equipment.
